It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that in the light of earlier orders dated 11th October, 2018 and 25th October, 2018, the possession of Shop No.2 in the newly constructed building was required to be handed over to the applicant. However, despite issuing communication dated 2nd November, 2018 to the Executive Engineer, the steps are not taken.

The learned Counsel for the original appellant has no objection if the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). In the light of earlier orders passed, the time of two weeks is granted to comply with the same.
