P.C:- After hearing Learned Counsel for the applicant for sometime, it is prayed that present application is not pressed, in the event, appeal is expedited as it is submitted that prosecutrix was in love with applicant and in fact, on her own eloped with him and stayed for the period of one month at Gujrat wherefrom, she was brought back by Police. It is, however, contended that according to Wakodikar

2/2 12. APPA 1200-2019.doc case of prosecution, prosecutrix was minor. Learned Counsel, therefore, contended that appeal be expedited. 2.

Considering above facts of the appeal, there is substance to expedite the same. Accordingly, application stands disposed of as dismissed as not pressed. However, Appeal No. 1184 of 2019 is expedited.
