The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the DRT dated 17th July, 2018. The Petitioner has remedy before DRAT. We are informed that the DRAT is not available until 30th July, 2018. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank makes a statement that for a period of one week the Respondent - Bank will not finalize the auction sale which was conducted on 19th July, 2018. 3.

In view of the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent - Bank, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the DRAT. 4.
