By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 98 days delay in filing Civil Revision Application, which is to set aside conditional order dated 27.02.2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-I) and allow the applicant to deposit the deficit Court fees in First Appeal (St.) No.6086 of 2017. 3.

Considering the submissions made by learned AGP for the applicant, avernments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied S.C.Magar

"b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 98 days in preferring the abovementioned Civil Revision Application in First Appeal (St.) No.6086 of 2017;"
