1] The present Interim Application is taken out in Criminal Appeal which is already admitted and by the said Application, early listing of the Appeal is prayed for.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned App. The Applicant is assailing the Judgment dated 06.01.2020, passed by the Special Judge in NDPS Special Case NO.111/2012 wherein he has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 21(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act and directed to suffer RI for 15 years and to pay fine of Rs.2 Lakhs.

(22)IA-2725-2022.doc 3] The Applicant is a Bolivian national and he has already undergone imprisonment of a little more than 11 years. He has, therefore, prayed for expeditious decision of his Appeal. Appeal is already admitted and R& P alongwith Paper book is received.

4] In these circumstances, by consent of the parties, I deem it appropriate to list the Appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 27.03.2023.
