The offence invoked is under the provisions of Section 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code. Let the Investigating officer issue a notice under section 41A of Cr. P.C. to the applicant. Upon receipt of such notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating officer within a period of seven days.

The Investigating officer then shall follow the procedure prescribed under section 41A of Cr. P.C. and in case if he is desirous of effecting arrest of the applicant, he shall record the reasons in writing to that effect.

Interim order shall remain in force till the notice is issued by the Investigating officer to the applicant.

Application is disposed of.
