5] In view thereof, the order dated 8th January, 2019 is corrected and the trial Court is directed to decide the Chamber Summons as well as the Notice of Motion as expeditiously as possible. 6] Rest of the order remain as it is.

7] The praecipe is disposed of in above terms.
