This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by this court while granting bail to the applicant. 2.

The applicant was directed to report Ozar Police Station, on first Monday of every month. It is submitted that applicant had complied the said direction. He is senior citizen. He is resident of Pune and he has required to travel to Nashik for reporting. On account of his age it is difficult for him to travel. It is submitted that the applicant is willing to report the nearest police Station near his residence and hence the bail order may be modified. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances order dated 29th

Sajakali Jamadar 2 of 2 2-APPP-1057-2019-BA-2087-2018.doc October, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No. 2087 of 2018, directing the applicant to report Ozar Police Station in connection with C.R. No. 9 of 2018 registered with Ozar Police Station stands relaxed and instead of that the applicant is directed to report Wanvadi Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. 4.
