The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e Mr. T. R. Yadav for the Petitioner and Mr. A. M. Gokhale for the Respondent tender consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms have been signed by the parties i.e. by Mr. A. V. Kulkarni on behalf of the Petitioner as its authorised signatory and by the Respondent Mr. Arun Kherde, who both are personally present in Court. Both of them state that the consent terms are acceptable to them and that they have signed them of their own free will and volition. The Respondent is also identified by the Learned Counsel Mr. A. M. Gokhale. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The parties to act upon an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar.
