1] Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent corporation.

2] The appellant is the original caveator. He has filed Chamber Summons for his impleadment in the suit. Hence, it is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the appellant that let the trial Court decide the Chamber Summons and till then order of Ad-interim relief granted by the trial Court on 1st July, 2015 be continued. 3] In view thereof, Appeal from Order, is disposed off as dismissed. However, interim relief granted by the trial Court on 1st 1/2

31 AO 9 OF 2018 July, 2015 to continue till disposal of Chamber Summons. 4] The trial Court to decide the Chamber Summons as expeditiously as possible.

5] In view of dismissal of Appeal itself, pending Civil Applications therein become infructuous and therefore, they are disposed off accordingly.
