The grievance of the petitioner is that the Commissioner before whom the petitioner's Appeal is pending is not considering the petitioner's application for stay. We find that along with Petition, the petitioner has not filed copy of the application of stay which was filed before the Commissioner. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application before the Commissioner in his pending Appeal No. 54 of 2016 1/2

908.wp 9672.16.doc within a week from today. On filing such application, the Commissioner shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law after hearing all concerned parties. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, Writ Petition is disposed of.
