Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the FIR. It prima facie discloses the commission of cognizable offence.

It is not disputed that during the pendency of this application, the investigation is completed and charge-sheet has already been filed. The Applicants have an alternate and efficacious remedy of seeking discharge before the trial Court.
