Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties finally. We are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition by keeping all points open, by directing Respondents 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2013 which is pending since then, as early as possible preferably within six weeks. Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms, with liberty. No costs.
