The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that the arrears of maintenance will be paid expeditiously. In view of this, the impugned order passed by the learned Judge is set aside. However this will be without prejudice to the order that may be passed by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner challenging the order of maintenance awarded by the Family Court. The M.J. Petition is restored to the file.
