By the present Petition, the Petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR No.163 of 2019 registered at Rabodi Police Station, Thane (City), dated 3rd August 2019, under Sections 13(1)(b), 13(2) and 12 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. 2.

In view of decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Chhatisgarh and another Vs.
