The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1(b) on record who are the Respondent Nos.1(b)(i) to 1(b) (iii). In so far as the Respondent No.1(b)(i) is concerned, the application has been dismissed for non prosecution on account of the conditional order. In so far as the Respondent Nos.1(b)(ii) to 1(b)(iii) are concerned, they are served. the Applicants / Petitioners also seeks condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Mr. Jagtap appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the Learned Counsel Mr. Shah appearing for the Respondent Nos.5A to 5B submit to the orders of the court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the heirs of the Respondent No.1(b) i.e. Respondent Nos.1(b)(ii) mmj
