Pallavi Mahendra Wargaonkar Date: 2018.09.25 12:55:17 +0530 The only prayer in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to direct the second respondent - Collector to decide the application made by the petitioner at Exhibit - E. We have perused the said application. The said application appears to have been filed by the petitioner who is the first respondent in the application filed by one Namdeo Ambo Bhoir for review of the order dated 1st September 2010. Though there is a prayer in the document at Exhibit - E, the said prayer is for rejection of application for review. In substance, Exhibit - E is a reply of the application for review.
As and when the review petition is heard, the petitioner can always urge the contentions which are raised in the reply at Exhibit - E. If according to the case of the petitioner, the review petition is kept pending for inordinately long time, the petitioner can always apply to the Collector 1/2
