Heard Mr. M. M. Sathaye, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sachin S. Gite, learned counsel for respondents 1A to 1C at length.

Mr. Sathaye submits that the petitioner has filed affidavit dated 2.2.2016 in this Court, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has comprised the dispute with the third respondent. In view thereof, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition unconditionally.

Mr. Sachin Gite states that he appears for respondents no.1A to 1C and he has no objection for the petitioner withdrawing the petition unconditionally.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr Sathaye, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. (R.G.KETKAR, J.)
