No.11 of 2018 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai by the learned Designated Judge under POCSO Act, Greater Mumbai by its Judgment and Order dated 24th February, 2021. A photocopy of the said Judgment and Order is produced on record.

2) In view of the above, present Application for quashing of C.R. No.11 of 2018 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
