Heard. This application is for carrying out amendment in the cause title of the Writ Petition. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

18.2219.16-caw "(a) This Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice, be pleased to allow the amendments in the Writ Petition and Civil Application No.1847/2016 as per the schedule annexed to this Civil Application."

b) The amendment be carried out within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition, on the Advocate for the Respondents, immediately thereafter.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
