MINUTES OF ORDER "1 The documents submitted by Plaintiff in R.C.S. No. 175 of 2012 (old Sp.C.S.No. 36 of 2008 ) which are marked as Exh. Nos. 82 and 83 by order dated 21.03.12 passed below Ex. 3 ( xerox copy of sale deed dt 20.06.2002 & original Agreement dt 23.08.2002 ) are exhibited only for identification purpose and proof of their execution and contents as also their evidentiary value are kept open, to be decided at the time of final hearing of suit.

The suit involved in this matter, being an old one, filed in the year 2008, be expedited to be decided on or before 31 December 2019."

It is made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the suit as early as possible but in any case on or before 31.12.2019. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
