The learned counsel for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to exercise their remedy of filing appeal before the Divisional Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. He would further request that the Divisional Joint Registrar be directed to decide the appeal proceedings in time bound manner. The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

The Petitioner-Society shall be at liberty to challenge the orders passed by the Deputy Registrar of the Co-operative Society by filing appeal before Divisional Joint Registrar. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the Divisional Joint Registrar shall make an endeavour to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
