By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed for quashing of Chapter Case bearing No. 62 of 2015 pertaining to Notice dated 22nd May 2015 under Section 111 of Criminal Procedure Code. The duration for submitting bond under the said Notice was for one year from the date of issuance of the said notice. Admittedly the said period as of today has lapsed. 3.

In view thereof, present Petition as of today does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
