Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company challenges the judgment and award dated 22.03.2018 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP No.327/2013.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Tribunal has failed to consider the fact that there was breach of the terms and conditions of the policy and therefore, the Insurance Company is not liable to pay compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned order, following order is passed:
