The said proceedings have been dismissed for non prosecution on account of non payment of bhatta charges. The Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are represented by the Learned Counsel Mr. Gokhale. Only the Respondent No.4 remains to be served. The above Civil Application is therefore allowed, resultantly Civil Application No.941 of 2015, Civil Application No.942 of 2015 and First Appeal St No.11149 of 2014 are restored to file.
