The main contention of the review petition is that it remained on their part to place on record certain documents at the time of passing the order dated 31.01.2017 to show the relationship of the Petitioner and the Respondent as employer and employee. That cannot be a ground to recall the order dated 31.01.2017, since the said order was passed after hearing both the parties. Hence, the Review Petition stands rejected.
