1] By an Order dated 3rd August 2017, the applicants were granted interim relief.

2] The learned APP on instructions submitted that, after investigation the police have reached to the conclusion that the complaint lodged by the respondent No.2 is false and therefore the police have already submitted B-Summary Report before the Court of competent jurisdiction on 3.10.2017.

3] In view thereof, interim relief granted on 3rd August 2017 is confirmed.
