Learned AGP on instructions submits that the fnal order has been passed in the proceedings initiated by the present petitioner. Under the said order, arrears of maintenance of Rs.10,000/- is directed to be paid within 20 days from the date of order, and Rs.5000/- towards maintenance plus Rs.5000/- towards arrears of maintenance is directed to be paid on 10th day of every month, and in case the amount of maintenance is not paid, then the action under the Criminal law is directed to be taken.

In view of order dated 7th December, 2022 passed by the Presiding offcer, the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and
