The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that they preferred this Writ Petition challenging the interim order passed by the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No. 192 of 2011. He submits that the said complaint finally decided by the Industrial Court by order dated 05.02.2016. He submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
