This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.60,00,000/- as per afdavit cum undertaking fled in this Court. The applicant was requires to deposit the said amount in two months. It is submitted that the bank account of applicant has been frozen, subsequent to fling the undertaking. The applicant is making arrangement for depositing amount. The person to deposit the amount has expired on 18.08.2022, the applicant may be granted extension of three months to Corrected version of order dated 03.10.2022 pursuant to speaking to minutes of order dated 11.10.2022.

Considering these submissions, time to deposit the third installment i.e. Rs.60,00,000/- is extended by a period of three months from 18.08.2022. No further extension will be granted.
