DATE: 12 OCTOBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] The challenge in both these petitions is to the acceptance of forms of Respondent No.3 in the respective petitions for elections of the managing committee of the Trust. It is now reported that the Respondent No. 3 in writ petition no. 8443 of 2015 had already withdrawn his nomination on 24 August 2015 and the Respondent No. 3 in writ petition no. 8442 of 2015 withdrew his nomination on 24 August 2015. The factum of withdrawal of nomination by the Respondent No. 3 in writ petition no. 8443 of 2015 was not before this Court, when it made its order dated 21 August 2015.
