The Applicant is accused in CR No.I-02 of 2017 registered with the Kalamboli Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Alibaug, by its order dated 28 September 2017, directed the present Applicant, while releasing on bail, to deposit Rs.50 Lakhs. The said condition of deposit of Rs.50 Lakhs was assailed before this Court by filing Criminal Application No.812 of 2018. This Court by an order dated 2 May 2019 modified the order passed by the Sessions Judge and Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

28-APPP-1060-2019.odt directed the present Applicant to deposit Rs.20 Lakhs instead of Rs.50 Lakhs.

The present Application is taken out to reduce the amount of deposit from 20 Lakhs to 15 Lakhs.

This Court after considering the facts and circumstances of the case directed the Applicant to deposit Rs.20 Lakhs. No further indulgence can be shown to the present Applicant. 4.

The Application is dismissed.
