1) The present application is filed for transit anticipatory bail in respect of cases pending in the Court at Indore (State of Madhya Pradesh) so also at Jalgaon (State of Maharashtra). 2) As far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, same is not maintainable in view of the decision of this Court in the case of Dr. Augustine Francis Pinto & Anr Vs. State of Maharashtra (Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1599 of 2017) dated 14th September, 2017.

3) As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, it is submitted that the applicant is suffering from various ailments and will approach the Special Court at Jalgaon for preferring application for cancellation of warrant within a period of three weeks from today.

4) In view thereof, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail to attend the concerned Court in the City of Jalgaon for a period of three weeks from today. The Police from Jalgaon City Police Station and/or Azad Maidan Police Station are hereby directed not to arrest the applicant for a period of three weeks from today or till the applicant files an appropriate application before the concerned Court at Jalgaon whichever is earlier.

5) The application is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms. 6) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
