The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that Family Court at Thane was pleased to dispose of petition filed under Section 10 and 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act along with Section 349 and Section 357 of the Mohammedan Law by detail judgment delivered on 15.02.2018. According to the learned Counsel, since the present petition challenges the order in relation to the interim custody, the said petition would not survive in light of the final disposal of the petition by the Family Court at Thane.

Writ Petition is disposed off.
