The consent terms executed by both the parties are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In the consent terms it is stated that the applicant has agreed to pay Rs.2 crores to respondent no.2 towards full and final settlement of the amount and respondent no.2 has agreed to accept the said amount towards full and final settlement of the claim. The applicant has given no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by respondent no.2 which has been deposited in the registry of this Court once FIR No.363 of 2018 registered with Malad Police Station is quashed by Court.

Accordingly, Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1499 of 2018 is allowed and disposed off. In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.363 of 2018 registered with Malad Police
2 of 2 5.ABA.1499.2018.doc Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.
