The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 132 days in filing the Review Petition. The reasons for the said delay find place in the said Civil Application, especially in paragraph Nos.2, 3 and 4 thereof. The Learned AGP opposes the application, but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Having regard to the fact that the delay is of only 132 days, considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2, 3 and 4 of the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed.

Resultantly, the delay of 132 days in filing the Review Petition stands condoned. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. List the Review Petition for hearing on 15.10.2015.
