1. The Applicant herein has filed this application seeking amendment to change the name of the Company as per the Schedule annexed to 'Exhibit-A' to the application.

2. Appeal was filed by the Indian Seamless Metal Tubes Limited. It is stated that by order dated 7th October 2005, the Appellant Company stood amalgamated with the Indian Seamless Steels & Alloys V.V.Rajguru 1/2

908.fa.78.1993.ca.3147.2019.doc Limited and thereafter as per the scheme of arrangement, the name of Indian Seamless Steels and Alloys Limited is changed to 'ISMT Limited' on 29.11.2005.

3. By this application the appellant has sought to amend the name of the Company as 'ISMT Limited'.

4. The application is allowed. Cause title be amended within a period of one week.

5. Application stand disposed of.
