By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 128 days in filing the appeal from order. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 128 days in filing the appeal from order is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 3.

Applicant is directed to remove office objections, if any, within one week from today.
