6) Pursuant to the settlement arrived at between the parties and with the consent of the parties, the proceedings in Criminal Case No. 216/SW/2011, the subject matter of Writ Petition No. 3659 of 2021 and Writ Petition No. 4069 of 2021, stand quashed and set aside.
