At the outset, It has been stated by the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 that the order impugned in this petition dated 6.6.2016 Exh. D has been withdrawn by respondent no.1 by reserving a right to proceed against the petitioner as stated in the order of withdrawal dated 3.10.2016. Learned counsel submits that in view of this, nothing survives in this petition. In view of the aforesaid, we dismiss the petition as the same is rendered infructuous. All contentions of the parties are left open.
