The application is moved for pre arrest bail as the applicant/accused is facing charges for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B read with Section 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 13(2) read with 13(i)(d) of Police Act, 1988 in C.R. No. RC BA1/2015/A0021 registered with CBI ACB, Mumbai on 28th July, 2015.

The applicant/accused has granted interim bail by an order dated 21st August, 2015 by this Court. The learned counsel for 1 / 2

5-aba-1222-2015.doc the prosecutor appearing for CBI submits that the investigating officer is present and the investigating agency is going to file charge-sheet soon and as the investigation is complete, they do not required custody of the applicant/accused.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant on 21st August, 2015 is hereby confirmed. The condition of attendance is hereby cancelled. Now the applicant/accused shall attend the office of CBI, ACB, Mumbai as and when called till filing of the charge-sheet.
