This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicants apprehending their arrest in C.R.No. 503 of 2019, registered with Barshi City Police Station, Solapur (Rural) for offences punishable under Section of 498A, 420, 323, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 22.07.2019, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) had released the Applicants on interim bail with direction pps

17 aba 1597-19.doc to attend the concerned police station. It is stated that the Applicants had reported to the Investigating Officer and co-operated with the investigation. Learned APP has stated that the investigation is completed and that the chargesheet would be filed within one week. In view of the said statement, presence of the Applicants is not required for custodial interrogation. Hence, interim protection granted by order dated 22.07.2019 is extended for a period of three months with liberty to the Applicants to apply for regular bail before the trial Court.
