We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The order was already passed on 9th August, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 9552 of 2019 to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner within four months. It is submitted that the same is not yet decided.

If the orders of this Court are not adhered to by the Committee, the petitioner has other remedy available under law. The petitioner may resort to the same.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
