1] Claiming parity with the co-accused Bandu Chaudhary, who is released on bail by this Court, by order dated 01.07.2022, the present Application is filed by the Applicant.

Column No.19 refer to under 1/2

As far as skull is concerned, it refers to comminuted fracture of left side of frontal bone present with loss of bone piece and brain matter The cause of death is opined to be on account of head injury. 3] On being confronted with the fact that the material in the charge sheet has sufficiently established, that it is the Applicant who is the author of these injuries, the learned counsel seek permission to withdraw the Bail Application.

4] Taking into account that the Applicant is incarcerated since 15.08.2020, the learned Sessions Judge seized of the trial is expected to expedited the trial.
