1] By a reasoned Order dated 4th August 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief.

2] Heard the learned Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee for the applicant and the learned APP.. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The first information report and other statements reveal that, the first informant the applicant herein are known to each other for a pretty long time and have filed cross complaints against each their. The record indicates that, the investigation of the present crime is practically on the verge of completion.

aba.1394-2017.doc After perusing the record of investigation and since the investigation of the present crime is practically completed, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the application for further investigation is not necessary.

4] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 4th August 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer/concerned Police Station is hereby waived. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 2/2
