Heard learned Counsel for the applicant on restoration of LPA/230/2006 which suffered dismissal for non removal of office objections. Since there is delay, prayer has been made to condone the delay in application for restoration. We have considered the reasons stated for condonation of delay and we find that there is sufficient cause for the applicant not to apply for restoration within time.

In the circumstance delay in filing application is condoned. We have also considered reasons stated for restoration of LPA/230/2006, we find that there was sufficient cause for non compliance of office objection within time. In the circumstance we condone the non compliance and restore the LPA/230/2006. The same be listed for hearing after two weeks. The Civil application stands disposed of.
