Counsel for Petitioners submits that forged documents are used against Applicant and therefore, he is victim, though he is not Complainant / Informant. Prayer in Application was to permit him to intervene in matter and also other prayers include

action under Section 340 of Cr. P. C.. It is submitted that in an Application moved for cancellation of bail before the Sessions Court, pendency of present Writ Petition is being used as a tool to seek further adjournment.

Counsel for Petitioners is opposing intervention and other prayers. He also points out that a copy of Application is received by him only yesterday in Court.

We are not inclined to go into other prayers at this stage. It appears that the Applicant has attempted to obtain order of cancellation of bail and in those proceedings, present Writ Petition is relied upon by Applicant.

We, therefore, allow his prayer for intervention. 5.

The Applicant be shown as Respondent / Informant by carrying out necessary amendment within one week. 6.

We grant added informant leave to move appropriate

Application with necessary prayers. That Application shall be examined and decided on its own merits. All contentions of parties in relation thereto are kept open.
