This is an application preferred by the original complainant for withdrawal of Rs.8,00,000/- deposited by Revision Applicant before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate-7 Court at Dadar, Mumbai.

Learned Counsel for the Revision Applicant submits that, the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- deposited earlier has been withdrawn by complainant. The further amount are not allowed to withdrawn. The Revision Applicant intents to opposed by filing reply. 3.

The cheques was dishonoured in the year 2013. So far the Revision Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- and amount of Rs.4,00,000/- has been withdrawn by the complainant. Kiran Kawre

Considering the factual aspects the applicant/complainant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.8,00,000/- subject to outcome of the decision in this Revision Application. 5.
