Petitioners claim that Assistant Charity Commissioner, Sangli has already permitted them to intervene in Change Report Proceedings No. 470 of 2010. That proceedings is pending since last more than eight years and further elections also have not been held. Counsel states that actually proper meeting to conduct election has not been held in last 14-15 years. He also adds proceedings under Sections 41A and 41E are also pending. 2.

Learned AGP appears for Respondent No. 1 is seeking

As Change Report Proceedings are claimed to be pending since 2010, we are inclined to grant Petitioners leave to move appropriate Application in those proceedings requesting Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide said Change Report Proceedings expeditiously in time bound manner. 4.

If such request is made by Petitioners within three weeks from today, said Authority shall consider it in accordance with law and pass suitable orders upon it within next two weeks. 5.
