Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out.

Accordingly, we pass the following order :

(I) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition of the applicant removing all office objections within a period of three weeks from today. If office objections are not removed

caw2290 within stipulated time, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 1st April 2016 will continue to operate. If compliance is made, the writ petition shall be listed on 11th July 2017 under the caption of `Fresh Admission'.
